Open-Center Design

The lift offers 68” inches of lifting height and an open center which many mechanics appreciate because it allows them to have comfortable standing room to perform oil changes, transmission drops, and many other kinds of undercarriage services.

No Cross Member

The SP-7XLF is installed and mounted flush into the flooring without the need of a cross member. This allows for a true open-center design that provides access to all critical undercarriage areas without needing operators to stoop or crawl across the floor. There is no need for a cross member due to the reinforced steel at the base and along the top of the runways which help provide a stable lift.

Large Base Frame

The lift features a rugged boxed-steel formed base frame which increases stability and reduces stress on the overall structure. The elongated base provides a solid foundation which will allow for a smooth, perfectly level rise.

An electric hydraulic power system is kept in a sturdy console box that is off to the side of the lift. The controls are easy to reach and allow you to keep your eyes on your surroundings while lifting and lowering heavy vehicles.

Dual Master Hydraulic Cylinder

The SP-7XLF comes sporting two hydraulic cylinders with flow restrictors that ensure an even lift. The lift has these in order to push the frames out from the flush-mount position as fast as possible. The design is sophisticated enough to lessen the risk of tipping, even if one cylinder loses pressure (due to an unlikely rupture or pinch, for instance). There isn’t a scenario that will result in the up-ending of your vehicle. Rather, the car lift would simply descend to the ground evenly on both frames.

Pneumatic Safety Locks

The lift has a single operator stand which allows you to release the pneumatic safety locks from a safe distance without having to worry about manually lifting release arms or latches. The locks will engage or disengage seamlessly at each position.

Hardened Pivot Pins with Zerk Fittings

The pivot pins are Zerk grease fittings and are self-lubricating. They offer a long-lasting service, and they ensure a smooth rise and descent of the lift at all times

Durable Cushioned Contact Blocks

The lift also comes with durable, cushioned rubber contact blocks. They can be set atop the rubber padding on the lift platforms to safely and securely engage vehicle pinch rails and OEM frame lift points.
