Solid steel-frame support bars

The MD-6XP gets its strength from its four support bars. In fact, those bars make this lift one of the strongest in its class. You’ll be able to easily and safely perform wheel and brake service while finding easy access to your vehicle’s suspension. This is the perfect lift if you want to quickly raise vehicles and get to work on most components. If you’d like more height to work with, consider the MD-6XP.

Dual master hydraulic cylinder

The MD-6XP has a hydraulic cylinder with a built-in flow divider which ensures a safe, even rise and descent every time you use it. This is very important because even single-platform lifts require an equal balance of pressure to prevent vehicle tipping and ensure weight is evenly applied across the lift platform.

Powerful safety lock bars

Safety arms engage automatically during ascent. This crucial safety feature makes lift failure virtually impossible. The safety arms have been over-engineered to withstand worst-case emergency situations. Even if you lose complete hydraulic fluid pressure due to a leak or hose rupture, mechanical safety locks will ensure the platform won’t budge an inch.

Convenient stainless-steel pneumatic cylinders

BendPak has decided to install air cylinders onto their lift, rather than use bulky spring releases. The air cylinders will simultaneously release the safety locks during descent with a simple press of a button. (NOTE: Requires min. 50 PSI, 10-CFM air source at time of installation.) The cylinders are easy to maintain and will provide an absolutely safe and controlled descent every time you use your lift.

A push-button safety lock release system

Operator controls are located away from the lift and allow safe deactivation of the locks without the need to push or pull cumbersome release bars or lock release handles. BendPak engineers have already perfected the lift functionality. For your convenience, all you need to do is press the Down button and watch as the platform fully descends in no time at all. It couldn’t be easier.

Hinge-point features Zerk grease fittings

BendPak Zerk fittings feed lubrication at critical wear areas, which is not just essential for the longevity of your lift, but also for the low-maintenance guarantee that BendPak has built their reputation on. Your mid-rise lift won’t need much service for many years.

Durable, cushioned rubber contact blocks

This lift comes standard with durable rubber blocks. Don’t confuse these blocks for some flimsy thing you may have seen: these blocks are robust, textured for better hold and safe to use on almost every kind of vehicle.

Multiple locking positions

By having multiple locking positions, your technicians have the opportunity to find the most comfortable working height for them. Plus, if you’re detailing or doing wheel service, the full extension may not be preferable. Whatever height you prefer, this lift will still offer increased vehicle access without having to sacrifice portability.

Detailed installation and maintenance instructions

Included with your purchase of the MD-6XP are graphic safety decals, maintenance decals, a vehicle lifting point guide, and a safety instruction placard that will help train personnel on proper safety procedures and maintenance guidelines. It is highly recommended that you learn the safety features, warnings, do’s, don’ts, etc. FRONT-TO-BACK before you install or operate your lift.
