Extended-Length Alignment Lift Offers 14,000 lbs. of Power
The HDS-14LSXE is essential for thousands of shops across the country. Busy bays will end up needing to service a wide variety of vehicles, sometimes even exceptionally large ones. With the HDS-14LSXE you’ll be ready to handle anything. This powerhouse of a lift can handle 14,000 lbs. with ease. This makes it so this lift can handle virtually any residential vehicle, from sedans to heavy-duty pick-up trucks, as well as municipal vehicles and farming equipment.
Slip plates
For precise, free-floating alignments, you can turn the plates in the front and multi-caster slip plates in the back.
Deluxe Turnplates
BendPak’s turn plate pockets make it extremely easy to position the aluminum-alloy construction turn plates. They are both larger and more robust than their previous design, but at the same time they are lighter in construction and feature dual “popsicle gap stops” for added convenience. The angled steel lock pins will conveniently hold the plate in place when you want to use your machine strictly as a maintenance or storage lift.
Dual-hub cable sheaves
BendPak uses big, high-quality sheaves for a few reasons. It will ultimately increase longevity, ensure low cost of ownership, and keep your purchase low maintenance over time. They use gigantic 10.5” diameter cable sheaves which are held within the runway cross tubes that are outfitted with 2.25” diameter sheave axles that are just as durable.
Heavy-duty aircraft cable
These cables have been crafted to be used constantly for years on end without any issues. These high-quality cables are extremely resistant to rubbing and other abrasions (e.g., weather, chemicals, hydraulic oil). A stainless-steel lifting cable runs through each column.
Adjustable height locking positions
With the HDS-14LSXE there is no need to reach or bend for the turn plates. Every few inches, you’ll find convenient built-in safety lock that will let the runways auto-engage into the post. The locks will all engage simultaneously as the runways evenly ascend the columns.
Built-in lubrication
This lift utilizes grease fittings that make it easy to focus on the alignment of your wheels. With this you won’t have to worry about constantly lubricating the sheaves.
Flow restrictor
It is extremely unlikely that a hose will ever rupture, but if it does happen BendPak has you covered. Their unique hydraulic flow divider will always provide a smooth descent, making this alignment lift structure safe to operate at all times.
Spring-loaded safety locks
The springs will “snap” and hold the locks into place at every ladder position as the alignment lift runways rise to your preferred service level. The spring-loaded, multi-locking devices are completely adjustable. The intuitive design also compensates for slight slopes in your garage.
Push-button pneumatic lock release
BendPak has designed their lift to only need a simple push-button pneumatic lock release to simplify their lowering operations. The cylinders are crafted from stainless steel and aluminum and will provide you with years of exceptional service.
Secondary lock system
When BendPak makes a lift, they will never cut corners. This sometimes can cause them to go above and beyond required safety standards. They offer a slack-cable lock system as a backup safety mechanism that is always ready to shut off the alignment lift if there is ever an excess of dangerous cable slack.
Integrated design
The cables, sheaves, airlines, and hydraulic cylinder run within the lift structure. This design choice results in two beneficial traits. For one, the lift keeps its sleek design by having all the cables completely covered. Secondly, this design choice results in increased safety. By having every cable internal, it means there’s zero chances of the cables getting accidentally damaged by outside forces.
Electric-hydraulic power system
This lift has its controls ergonomically located which allows for easy operator access during constant daily use.
Longer approach ramps
When you’re loading low ground-clearance vehicles onto the car lift structure, you’ll want to have long approach ramps. It makes loading easier than ever before. You will be able to easily align low ground-clearance vehicles. Not only that, but you will be able to align larger trucks and SUVs just as easily.
Flexible protective conduit
The flexible conduit is sturdy and protects all of the airlines and hydraulic hoses from daily wear. You’ll have peace of mind when operating your alignment lift with greater confidence knowing that the cables won’t deliver sudden shocks, ruptures, or fluid leaks.
Rolling bridge jacks
If you’d like to convert your four-post into a fully functional wheel service lift. The rolling jacks are optional but make a great addition and will definitely increase service capacity. They work by raising the vehicles by the frame, so that way it will be possible to perform wheel and brake service without having to move the vehicle to a different car lift. The telescoping arms and frame contact pads extend over the runways while targeting the vehicle’s lifting points. The runways are fully adjustable for different tread widths. You’ll have additional operator control due to the three locking positions.
