Slip plates

Free-floating alignments are made easy to handle to make sure you’re able to get back to work and generate faster turnaround. This allows for some of the most precise alignments in the business.

Turn plate

BendPak uses corrosion-resistant galvanized turn plates which are easily positioned using BendPak’s turn plates pockets. The dual recessed turn plate pockets get your turn plates in the exact spot they need to be in to facilitate vehicle positioning. This will provide more clearance for your equipment installations.

Dual-hub cable sheaves

The alignment lifts from BendPak feature 10.5” diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes and 2.25” diameter sheave axles. This is more or less the same cable-routing system which is found on a full-size car lift from BendPak, which means their over-engineered alignment lifts are prepared to service any shop while requiring little to no maintenance for years to come.

Heavy-duty aircraft cable

½” diameter 6 x 25 aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cables are all routed internally through the post structures. In most shops, alignment lifts are the busiest lift you’ll have, so BendPak has made their lift resistant to chemicals, weather, oil, etc. Your lift is going to be getting some serious use so it should be made to last as long as possible. Adjustable height locking positions

With the adjustable height locking positions you’ll be able to help roll your wheels or set your Ranger 3D alignment pads by lifting your turn plates above eye level or by taking them down just a few notches. BendPak offers the versatility to get the job done with whatever height is best suited for you.

Additionally, each height position will automatically lock into place and release with the press of a button.

Built-in lubrication

You won’t have to worry about lubricating your lift. The grease fittings on the sheave and sheave axles will ensure that these critical parts remain properly lubricated. You’ll hardly even need to perform maintenance on these fittings over the many years it’s serving you.

Flow restrictor

BendPak has designed their lifts to include hydraulic flow dividers, which are crucial safety features. They give you total confidence that even in the worst-case scenario, you and your vehicle will be safe. With it your alignment lift will be incapable of crashing to the floor. Flow dividers additionally ensure level ascents and descents with each use.

Spring-loaded safety locks

The HD-9AE is equipped with durable springs which facilitate lock engagement as the lift platform ascends over each ladder position. Even if your garage floor has a slight slope, the spring-loaded locks will be able to easily account for the tilt and keep your rise even at all times.

Push-button pneumatic lock release

It couldn’t be simpler to release your alignment lift locks than with a quick push of a button. The pneumatic lock release then instantly releases all four locks in a single, simultaneous motion. The aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders will minimize long-term service and make all maintenance easy to perform.

Secondary lock system

With the HD-9AE, you won’t have to worry about cable slack endangering your lift, your vehicle, or yourself. A secondary lock system detects cable slack and stops all lift functions the moment any slight cable tension is detected.

Integrated design

BendPak has designed this lift to have all of its cables, sheaves, and airlines neatly tucked within the alignment lift structure. Not only does this extend the lifespan of your lift, but it also helps maintain a clean, sleek look in your shop.

Electric-hydraulic power system

Longer approach ramps

Rolling bridge jacks

The telescoping arms and frame contact pads can reach the vehicle frame’s lifting points by extending over the runways. The runways themselves are fully adjustable for different tread widths, and feature three locking positions so you can find the perfect height for you.
