The BB-2 offers outstanding performance and simple operation. BendPak took their standard bender and equipped it with a knee valve and degree plate combination for a straightforward, rugged design that won’t let you down. Thanks to the knee operated valve, you’ll have precise control as well as hands-free bending capabilities. All you’ll need to do is push the lever to the left to advance the bending die, and then to the right to retract it. Heavy-duty cast iron construction guarantees that the valve will be able to stand up to years of heavy use.
180° bending capacity
BendPak has designed this bender for the shop that needs a bender with an extremely deep bending capability, and they believe that their U-shaped design is up to the task. Just make sure to ask for their 180° dies if you’re planning to bend more than 170°. This bender will deliver perfect, deep bends on a 5” radius, without pipe sticking or hang-ups. That’s because BendPak utilizes an exclusive relief cut design on their bending dies which help maintain the pipe’s uniformity throughout the bend cycle and eliminate excessive crimping or deformation.
3″ bending capacity with die kit
Every BendPak bender includes a convenient 3” bending capacity. Their 3” bending dies are anything but average. They use an exclusive step-cut process for the die rails. BendPak uses better-contained, larger-sized tubing for a more uniform bend. Although this is technically a bender, it’s still capable of expanding and flaring too! You’re also able to choose from a full range of exclusive dies.
Long-stroke bending cylinder
Since every BendPak bender is equipped with an extended-top cylinder, you won’t need to use pusher block extensions when bending with small-radius dies. Also, the 14” top-cylinder can be retracted further, providing additional clearance for changing dies or removing bent tubing.
