BI-METRIC™ SWING ARMS
The 10AP Series provides versatile installation options in a single, customizable package. This robust and reliable car lift includes an expandable top beam and Bi-Metric™ arms, catering to a wide range of vehicle lifting needs. Its straightforward yet sophisticated design minimizes service and maintenance costs, ensuring lower operating expenses and increased productivity.
This 2-in-1 design allows operators to load vehicles symmetrically (centerline of vehicle at column) or asymmetrically (centerline of vehicle behind column) without needing to change out arms. This versatility enables faster vehicle servicing, enhancing efficiency in the workshop.
AUTOMATIC ARM RESTRAINT SYSTEM PREVENTS UNPLANNED MOVEMENT
For the past few decades, swing arm restraints on two-post lifts have aimed to prevent arm shifting during vehicle loading and service. However, traditional systems often struggled with the intensive forces exerted when vehicles unexpectedly shifted on support pads or adapters of extended swing arms – typically due to improper loading or changes in vehicle balance during drivetrain adjustments.
BendPak’s AP Series stands out in heavy vehicle service with their Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System (ASARS). Engineered to withstand high pushing and pulling forces encountered during vehicle servicing, this system features a heavily forged-steel design that provides a full 360-degree grip, securing lift arms with over 2000 pounds of load holding force. It effectively prevents unintended swing arm movement, enhancing safety and operational stability.
ASARS is an adaptive system requiring minimal operator intervention, offering precise non-shifting action and featuring a convenient quick-release lever for instant clamping pressure release. This innovative design ensures unmatched reliability and efficiency in lift operations.
TRIPLE-TELESCOPING NESTED SWING ARM DESIGN
Unlike traditional two-post lift arms, the 10AP arms retract shorter and extend farther, providing operators with extensive positioning flexibility.
These innovative three-stage arms achieve enhanced telescoping movement through a patented nesting feature, allowing for greater retraction and extended reach. The design ensures that inner sliding arm movement is unrestricted by end plates, tube closeouts, or the arm pivot pin itself. Inner tubes retract fully through the back of the arm assembly, extending beyond the arm pin for maximum retraction and extension capabilities.
LOW PROFILE ARMS
BendPak’s exclusive Low-Pro™ swing arms utilize telescoping channels with a shorter profile and a dropped-end pad receiver, enhancing serviceability for vehicles with lowered chassis heights. These arms provide improved access to difficult-to-reach lift points while reducing the risk of damaging vehicle side skirts, running boards, or ground effects.
SCREW PADS AND ADAPTERS THAT ADJUST TO YOUR NEEDS
The double-telescoping screw adapters feature durable polyurethane pads which are resistant to gouging and tearing, providing adjustable height for precise and level lifting in all conditions. This design ensures secure frame engagement, prioritizing technician safety during vehicle servicing.
Optional adapters are available, offering secure support for vehicles. The adapters’ drop-in design facilitates easy handling, while two column-mounted racks keep them neatly organized and secure, enhancing workshop efficiency.
INNOVATIVE SAFETY LOCK SYSTEM
The patented automatic safety lock system significantly enhances operator efficiency and safety. Featuring a simple yet innovative design, it automatically engages safety locks during lift rising operations. For descent, operators can effortlessly release the safety locks with a single-point ergonomic release – literally with the push of a finger. It’s just that easy.
