Alignment Lift System Offers 14,000 lbs. of Pure Lifting
The HDS-14LSX from BendPak has been crafted to meet the strenuous demands of your toughest professional lifting jobs. The HDS-14LSX alignment lift has many crucial features designed into it that will greatly improve safety, durability, and productivity. All of these innovative features come together to deliver one of the best car lifts you could buy.
This durable lift is sure to become the backbone of your shop, especially if you service large, low ground-clearance vehicles. BendPak’s alignment system includes front turn plates and rear slip plates that are built right into the runways. You’ll find that your wheels will always respond to any adjustments with no resistance or hassle, known as “free-floating” by BendPak. It couldn’t be easier.
Slip plates
The HDS-14LSX includes multi-caster slip plates in the back and turn plates in the front which allow for extremely precise, free-floating alignment.
Turn plates
By having dual, recessed turn plate pockets, you’ll be able to position the corrosion-resistant, galvanized plates in the spot where they’ll be best suited for individual vehicle positioning. With these turn plates, you’ll have far more clearance for equipment installations.
Dual-hub cable sheaves
This alignment lift from BendPak comes equipped with robust 10.5” diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes and 2.25” diameter sheave axles that are equally durable. All of this contributes to the longevity and low-maintenance cost that comes with owning and operating this lift.
Heavy-duty aircraft cable
A ½” diameter 6 x 25 aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cable runs through each of the four columns. They have been engineered for non-stop use and are completely resistant to rubbing and other abrasions such as weather, chemicals, and hydraulic oil.
Adjustable height locking positions
Everyone is different, so naturally locking positions should take that into account. You don’t want your technicians working in uncomfortable situations, and that is why BendPak has designed their lift to have different locking positions every few inches. Now you can get the alignment lift at your ideal height.
Built-in lubrication
Grease fittings come standard on all BendPak lifts. Since you’re already focusing on the alignment of your wheels, you shouldn’t have to worry about making sure your cable sheaves are constantly lubricated. BendPak also makes it easy to keep an eye on your grease nipples, which very rarely require maintenance. All you need to do is peek inside the structure before, during, or after using your lift to check out how the fittings are doing.
Flow restrictor
Odds are you’ll never have to experience a hose rupture; but if you do, you’ll be happy to have the HDS-14LSX with its hydraulic flow divider. It will provide a safe, even descent, thereby keeping your alignment lift structure safe and ready to go after you take care of the situation.
Spring-loaded safety locks
As the alignment lift rises to your preferred service level, springs will engage the locks into place at each ladder position. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’re safe to lift, even if there’s a slight slope in your garage.
Push-button pneumatic lock release
A user-friendly push-button pneumatic lock release makes lowering operations quick and easy. Since this lift is sporting aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders, you’ll be able to get years of trouble-free service out of your lift.
Secondary lock system
A slack-cable lock is your backup safety mechanism that’s ready at all times to shut off the alignment lift in the event of dangerous cable slack.
Integrated design
The cables, sheaves, airlines, and the single hydraulic cylinder all run internally through the lift structure. Not only does this make the lift keep its optimized aesthetics, but it also increases overall safety. You won’t have to worry about outside forces damaging your lift.
Electric-hydraulic power system
With BendPak’s electric-hydraulic power system, you won’t have to worry about maintenance. This power system features ergonomically located controls for easy operator access during constant daily use.
Longer approach ramps
You won’t have to worry about getting your vehicle up on these ramps. The longer ramps make it easier than ever to load low ground-clearance vehicles onto the car lift structure. Alignments on these kinds of vehicles are no issue, and larger vehicles can glide on just as easily.
Flexible protective conduit
This lift features an extra-tough yet flexible conduit which protects all airlines and hydraulic hoses from daily wear. This makes your lift safer to operate, and lets you handle operations more confidently when you know that your cables won’t deliver sudden, unfortunate electric shocks, ruptures, or fluid leaks.
Rolling bridge jacks
To improve your service capacity, you will want to get yourself some rolling jacks. These optional jacks will raise the front or back of vehicles, which means wheel and brake service can be performed without moving to a two-post or scissor lift. By using two jacks you’ll be able to raise the entire car. The runways are fully adjustable for different tread widths, and the lift features three locking positions which offer additional operator control.
Choose extended frames
The HDS-14SLXE has been designed for extended-length vehicles, such as trucks and vans. The runways and overall length are extended by 30”. Since the runways are now 229” in length, some very long vehicles can easily fit onto the vehicle lift. If your service bay demands these vehicle types, an extended length alignment lift is completely necessary to perform wheel alignments.
